About this item
- 5-Lug Brake Rotor(Most common) Compatibility Range: High-Profile Caliper (Front Hub Puller) Suitable for vehicles with a Mounting Bolt Hole Circle Diameter (PCD) of 100~118 mm (4.00~4.65 inches). Low-Profile Caliper (Rear Hub Puller) Suitable for vehicles with a Mounting Bolt Hole Circle Diameter (PCD) of 110~144 mm (4.33~5.67 inches). Note: It is recommended to use a slide hammer with the rear hub puller to enhance efficiency and safety during removal.
- 4-Lug Brake Rotor Compatibility Range: High-Profile Caliper (Front Hub Puller) Suitable for vehicles with a Mounting Bolt Hole Circle Diameter (PCD) of 100~118 mm (4.00~4.65 inches). Low-Profile Caliper (Rear Hub Puller) Suitable for vehicles with a Mounting Bolt Hole Circle Diameter (PCD) of 114~144 mm (4.5~5.67 inches). Note: It is recommended to use a slide hammer with the rear hub puller to enhance efficiency and safety during removal.
- 6-Lug Brake Rotor Compatibility Range: ※※The High-Profile Caliper (Front Hub Puller) is designed specifically for 5-lug or 4-lug brake disc configurations. The 6-lug brake disc’s bolt pattern causes adjacent bolts to interfere with the puller’s installation, making it incompatible. Low-Profile Caliper (Rear Hub Puller) Suitable for vehicles with a Mounting Bolt Hole Circle Diameter (PCD) of 114~144 mm (4.5~5.67 inches).
- How to Verify Compatibility The Mounting Bolt Hole Circle Diameter (PCD) can typically be obtained from your vehicle manufacturer or brake Rotor supplier. If this information is unavailable, for 4-hole or 6-hole brake Rotor, you can directly measure the center-to-center distance between two opposite bolt holes, which is the PCD. For 5-hole brake Rotor, you can measure the center-to-center distance between two adjacent bolt holes: For front hub brake Rotor: The center-to-center distance should be 62–72 mm (2.44–2.83 inches). For rear hub brake Rotor: The center-to-center distance should be 65–80 mm (2.56–3.15 inches). Ensure your vehicle’s specifications match these ranges before purchasing.
- Universal Compatibility: The front hub puller (4" to 4-5/8") is compatible with most vehicles with independent front wheel suspension. The rear axle puller (4-5/16" to 5-2/3" ) is designed to pull out the rear flange type axle. Hub & axle grapplers fit 4, 5 or 6 bolt stud designs and all non-C lock GM axles
- What You Get: Socpuro flanged hub axle puller kit includes universal front hub puller, rear hub puller, 5/8" x18 forced bolt and 19 mm sockets, fastening nut. Practical tools for quick and easy loosening and removal of hubs, axles, etc (NOTE: Please check size compatibility before purchasing)
- Simple to Operate: Simply use the existing lug nuts to fix to the wheel studs and tighten the forcing bolts. The threads of our 5 lb forced bolts can be used with other 5/8" x18 bolt or slide hammer to handle a variety of vehicle models or other work around the engine
- Pull-through: The puller fits snugly into the hub of the tapered axle and works in conjunction with the tapered forcing bolt to provide a straight and even pull, allowing your front hub to pop cleanly out, keeping the wheel bearing in the joint and the rest of the vehicle intact
